Surabaya, October 12 2025 In order to support the improvement of professionalism and career development of educational staff, the Directorate of Human Resources and Organization (DSDMO) of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) held a Level I Service Examination for Permanent Non-Civil Servant Educational Staff. This activity took place at the ITS Science Tower (Tower 1), 9th Floor.
This Level I Civil Service Examination is an important step in the process of assessing the eligibility of non-civil servant educational staff for promotion and career advancement. Through this activity, participants are expected to be able to measure and develop their competencies, both in the fields of administration, personnel knowledge, and understanding of ITS internal regulations.
The exam was conducted smoothly and orderly. The participants seemed enthusiastic about following each stage of the exam, while the organizing committee ensured that all supporting facilities and infrastructure were available to create a comfortable and conducive exam atmosphere.
This activity also serves as a tangible manifestation of ITS’s commitment to realizing a professional, transparent, and ethical human resource management system. Through this examination, it is hoped that non-civil servant teaching staff can continue to improve their quality, strengthen their work ethic, and make a real contribution to supporting the creation of excellent and competitive services within the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology.
