Duties and Functions

The Directorate of Human Resources and Organization performs the following functions:
a. Preparing, formulating, and implementing policies in the subfields of human resources and organization;
b. Executing work programs aligned with policies in the subfields of human resources and organization;
c. Conducting evaluation and reporting on the performance of work programs in the subfields of human resources and organization, as well as implementing necessary improvements; and
d. Delivering excellent services in the subfields of human resources and organization in accordance with the principles of bureaucratic reform and integrity zones.

The Directorate of Human Resources and Organization carries out the following duties:
a. Formulating plans, governance frameworks, and management systems for services in the subfields of human resources and organization;
b. Planning for staffing needs and conducting human resources recruitment;
c. Planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources development management systems;
d. Managing appointments, transfers, promotions, rotations, demotions, and terminations of personnel;
e. Developing human resources performance assessment management systems;
f. Providing guidance, rewards, and disciplinary measures;
g. Planning, implementing, and evaluating organizational development management systems;
h. Fostering organizational culture;
i. Developing the master framework for the ITS Leadership Development Center; and
j. Conducting evaluation and reporting on the implementation of work programs in the subfields of human resources and organization, and implementing follow-up improvements.
