Holds a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) or an equivalent qualification.
Holds the academic rank of Professor at a reputable overseas university (or an equivalent Professor-level position at a prominent research institution).
Possesses a strong academic reputation, demonstrated by high-quality scientific publications and/or significant contributions in their field.
Has a Scopus h-index exceeding the highest h-index of faculty members in the respective Department.
Expertise and Experience:
Has expertise relevant to ITS’s strategic fields.
Has teaching, research, and/or professional experience at the international level.
Willing and committed to contributing to the development of ITS, including through joint publications.
