We provide an Employee Feedback and Complaints Channel as a manifestation of the commitment of the Directorate of Human Resources and Organization (DSDMO) of ITS to upholding transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Through this channel, employees may submit constructive feedback and suggestions related to services, policies, systems, and the work environment within the scope of DSDMO’s duties and responsibilities.
In addition, this channel may also be used to report alleged violations of the code of ethics or other non-compliance issues, whether experienced directly or indirectly. All reports, along with the identity of the reporter, will be kept confidential and processed in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.
