The Directorate of Human Resources and Organization (DSDMO) of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) held the Basic Competency Test (SKD) for prospective permanent non-civil servant (non-PNS) lecturers on Thursday, September 25, 2025. The event took place on the 9th floor of the ITS Science Tower (Tower 1) and was attended by all participants of the permanent non-PNS lecturer recruitment process.
This recruitment of permanent non-PNS lecturers is part of ITS’s efforts to meet the demand for high-quality teaching staff who can contribute to the enhancement of education, research, and community service. Through this rigorous selection, ITS is committed to presenting professional and competent lecturers who meet the standards of leading universities.
The selection process was conducted in an orderly and well-structured manner under the direct supervision of the organizing committee. All participants followed the given instructions to ensure smooth implementation. After the SKD, the next stage will be the Psychometric Test, which aims to assess personality traits, emotional intelligence, and leadership potential of the prospective lecturers. The Psychometric Test is designated for participants who successfully pass the SKD, with the schedule to be announced at a later date.
Through this multi-stage selection, ITS hopes to recruit permanent non-PNS lecturers who excel not only academically but also demonstrate integrity and strong capabilities in both teaching and research.
