The employee competency test program which is one of the periodic work programs of the ITS Directorate of Human Resources and Organizations is re-implemented offline while still implementing strict health protocols. This competency test was carried out in the ITS Theater A Building and Tuesday on December 07 to 13, 2021. Participants in the competency test were Education Personnel with the position of Security Officer in ITS as many as 73 people. The purpose of implementing this competency test is to find out the extent to which the level of knowledge, skills, and personality of employees is in accordance with the interests of the chosen talent.
