Family Allowance

Requirements for Managing Family Allowances for Lecturers and Education Personnel:

• Fill out the form to get a family allowance payment (model C)
• Photocopy of marriage certificate that has been legalized by the authorities (2 pieces)
• Photocopy of the child’s birth certificate which has been legalized by the competent authority (2 sheets)
• Photocopy of court decision on adoption that has been legalized by the competent authorities for those who have adopted children (2 sheets)
• Certificate of still attending school for children or adopted children who are more than 21 (twenty one) years old to 25 (twenty five) years old (2 sheets)
• Photocopy of family card (1 sheet)
