Objective: to develop an integrated area development concept between tourism, fishery, and fishing industry activities on the Puger coast so that the Jember Regency Government can consider developing an integrated area between tourism, fishery, and fishing industry activities.

The scope of study consists of 4 major topics, namely:

• Study of existing conditions in Puger sub-district,
• Policy studies (spatial and sectoral),
• Study of tourism opportunities on Puger beach
• Potential and opportunity analysis and development concept (which integrates tourism potential, fisheries and fishing industry)
