• Installation and maintenance of network devices within the work unit area
• Check and maintain access points in the work unit area
• Check and maintain the computer and / or server in the work unit area
• Perform projector checks and maintenance in the work unit area
• Maintenance of e-learning (share its) and website department unit area
• Making print publication media for promotion of work unit programs / activities
• Coordinate with DPTSI regarding escalation of complaints and constraints on ICT services
