Town Management
Inviting all Indonesian students to join the internship program in the Town Management division at PT. The Great Summarecon. In this internship program, participants will be directly involved in projects that are routinely carried out. Participants will learn how to properly carry out regional governance processes and learn new skills needed in the world of governance in particular, and the world of work in general.

Participant Criteria
Major: Education S-1 and Equivalent
Level: S1
Semester: Minimum semester 6
Placement/Domicile: Bekasi, Serpong, Bandung
Hard skills criteria:
– Mastering the basics of management/resource management (Human, material and machine)
– Mastering the basic daily work programs that will be carried out and reported to superiors.
– Ensure that the work system (work schedule, monitoring schedule, and maintenance) is implemented.
– Carry out routine and active inspections both in the work area.
Soft skills criteria:
– Communication
– Work in a team
– Have high initiative
