Dalam pengembangannya, metode Agile dengan kerangka kerja\u00a0<em>Scrum<\/em>\u00a0diterapkan untuk memungkinkan iterasi yang cepat, kolaborasi tim yang optimal, serta kemampuan adaptasi terhadap kebutuhan pengguna yang dinamis. Proses pengembangan mencakup tahapan pengumpulan\u00a0<em>user stories<\/em>, penyusunan\u00a0<em>product backlog<\/em>, perencanaan dan pelaksanaan\u00a0<em>sprint<\/em>, hingga evaluasi dan pengujian fitur. Hasilnya,\u00a0<em>website<\/em>\u00a0Notares berhasil dikembangkan dengan fitur inti yang mengonsumsi total waktu pengerjaan 79 jam dalam tiga periode\u00a0<em>sprint\u00a0<\/em>(dari lima sprint yang direncanakan). Website Notares menyediakan fitur utama seperti pencatatan keuangan, visualisasi laporan, rekomendasi investasi, dan notifikasi cerdas. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan\u00a0<em>Scrum<\/em>\u00a0mampu mendukung pencapaian target proyek secara efisien serta memberikan fleksibilitas dalam pengembangan fitur.
