Natanegara<\/strong><\/div>\n<div id=\"summary\" class=\"article-summary\">\n<h2>Abstract<\/h2>\n<div class=\"article-abstract\">\n<p>Industri semen merupakan yang membutuhkan konsumsi energi yang tinggi dan menghasilkan emisi yang tinggi. Produksi semen menyumbangkan sekitar 4% emisi CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0terhadap global Pemerintah Indonesia berupaya mendorong seluruh pelaku usaha\/ industri dalam menurunkan beban dampak lingkungan untuk memenuhi persyaratan PROPER (Program Penilaian Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan dalam Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup) yang linier dengan metode\u00a0<em>Life Cycle Assessment\u00a0<\/em>(LCA). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kategori dampak yang dihasilkan pada indutri semen dengan pendekatan (<em>cradle to gate<\/em>) dan menganalisis keriteria dari unit proses yang menimbulkan dampak terbesar. Metode yang digunakan adalah penilaian LCA (<em>Life Cycle Assessment<\/em>) dengan menggunakan penilaian kategori dampak CML\u00a0<em>Baseline<\/em>. Metode penilaian CML\u00a0<em>Baseline<\/em>\u00a0merupakan metode penilaian midpoint yang melingkupi sebelas aspek penilaian\u00a0<em>Abiotic depletion<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Abiotic depletion<\/em>\u00a0(<em>fossil fuels<\/em>),\u00a0<em>Acidification<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Eutrophication<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Fresh water aquatic toxicity<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Global warming Potential\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0(GWP10),\u00a0<em>Human toxicity<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Marine aquatic ecotoxicity<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Ozone layer depletion<\/em>\u00a0<em>Potential<\/em>\u00a0(ODP),\u00a0<em>Photochemical oxidation<\/em>, dan\u00a0<em>Terrestrial ecotoxicity<\/em>. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai\u00a0<em>Global Warming Potential<\/em>\u00a0(1.75.E+09 kg CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0eq.),\u00a0<em>Marine aquatic<\/em>\u00a0<em>ecotoxicity<\/em>\u00a0(5.97.E+09 kg 1,4-DB eq.),\u00a0<em>Human toxicity<\/em>\u00a0(1.26.E+07 kg 1,4-DB eq.),\u00a0<em>Photochemical oxidation<\/em>\u00a0(3.66.E+05 kg 1,4-DB eq.),\u00a0<em>Acidification Potential<\/em>\u00a0(8.44.E+06 kg SO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0eq.),\u00a0<em>Fresh water aquatic ecotoxicity<\/em>\u00a0(1.31.E+05 kg 1,4-DB eq.),\u00a0<em>Abiotic depletion<\/em>\u00a0(6.35.E+00 kg Sb eq.),\u00a0<em>Abiotic depletion<\/em>\u00a0(<em>fossil fuels<\/em>) (4.30.E+08 MJ),\u00a0<em>Eutrophication<\/em>\u00a0(4.56.E+05 kg PO<sub>4<\/sub>\u00a0eq.),<em>\u00a0Ozone layer depletion\u00a0<\/em>(0.00.E+00Kg.
