Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh substitusi parsial aspal minyak dengan Asbuton B5\/20 kadar rendah (2\u20134%) terhadap kinerja mekanik campuran AC-WC. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Marshall dengan parameter Stabilitas, Flow, Marshall Quotient (MQ), VIM, VMA, dan VFB, serta mengacu pada Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2018 Revisi 2. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penambahan Asbuton 2% menghasilkan performa optimal dengan nilai MQ sebesar 366,18 kg\/mm dan seluruh parameter volumetrik memenuhi spesifikasi. Penambahan di atas 2% menyebabkan penurunan stabilitas dan kekakuan meskipun tetap dalam batas standar. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Asbuton B5\/20 dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif substitusi parsial pengikat aspal pada kadar optimum 2%, mendukung efisiensi material lokal untuk perkerasan jalan tropis.
