The development of healthy latrines is prioritized for low-income people who do not have latrines. The purpose of this research is to find out responses from the community regarding the development of healthy latrines based on characteristics and financial conditions. In terms of internal community factors, the willingness of the community to participate in counseling shows the community&#8217;s interest in learning about environmental sanitation issues. However, there is a problem with limited funding sources for routine desludging activities.
