The Higher Education for Technology and Innovation (HETI) Project Asian Development Bank (ADB) ITS is pleased to announced that the Grant of HETI for 2026 is now open for proposal submission in the areas of research, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
The program aims to empower lecturers at ITS to further develop and commercialize innovative products. Students and staff (tendik) can also take part as team members, contributing directly to the advancement and downstream commercialization of product innovations within ITS.
The Grant of HETI focuses on supporting the Science Techno Park (STP) ITS in the fields of maritime, automotive, ICT and robotics, and the creative industry, with four funding schemes available:
1. Prototype Research (PR) Funding scheme with a nominal value of up to Rp 100 million for the development of Minimum Viable Product 1 (MVP1) based on applied research results.
2. Product Innovation (PI) Funding scheme with a nominal value of up to Rp 200 million to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) towards Minimum Marketable Product (MMP).
3. Innovative Entrepreneurship (IE) Funding scheme with a nominal value of up to Rp 350 million for go-to-market activities from technology innovation products that have been developed.
4. Women in Technopreneurship (WT) Funding scheme with a nominal value of up to Rp 350 million for go-to-market activities from technology innovation products that have been developed with female lecturer as the team leader/principal investigator (PI)
The proposal submission deadline has been extended until 31 October 2025. Submission can be done through myITS HETI Research , with the lead of proposal team being an active ITS lecturer.
