The IEEE -ITS APC program is an IEEE program that provides subsidies for article publication costs for authors from ITS to support the increase in the number of open access (OA) publications in IEEE journals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Through APC, the ITS Academic Community can publish articles in IEEE journals for FREE.
