The visit, attended by 11 participants\u2014including students and chaperones\u2014was organized to improve the quality of human resources, particularly in the field of library administration and management at Darussalam Gontor University.<\/p>\n<p>The event began with a welcome ceremony in the Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the ITS Library, hosted by the Head of the ITS Library, Agus Santoso, S.Sos., M.Med.Kom. During the session, participants were introduced to various services, facilities, and programs organized by the ITS Library as part of efforts to develop university library services.<\/p>\n<p>The event then continued with an interactive discussion session that provided participants with the opportunity to exchange information, experiences, and insights regarding library management and development. The discussion unfolded with great enthusiasm, featuring various questions and discussions related to library service management practices.<\/p>\n<p>To conclude, participants took a library tour to see firsthand the various facilities and services offered by the ITS Library.
