<\/a><\/p>\nMenurut Kepala Perpustakaan ITS , Bapak Agus Santoso, M.Med.Kom., pelatihan ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan prima kepada pemustaka. “Profesi pustakawan membutuhkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang mumpuni dalam hal manajemen pelayanan. Oleh karena itu, kami merasa perlu mengadakan pelatihan ini,” ujarnya.<\/p>\n
Dalam pelatihan yang berlangsung selama 4 jam ini, peserta diberikan berbagai modul yang mencakup “Excellence Management Services”, “Business Etiquette”, “Interpersonal Communication”, dan “Effective Communication”. Materi-materi tersebut disampaikan oleh Putjok Rizaldy, M.Med.Kom, M.M., seorang public speaker, dosen komunikasi dan bisnis, serta konsultan dan entrepreneur yang berpengalaman. Pelatihan ini dikemas 20 % materi, dan 80 % praktek.<\/p>\n
Menurut Putjok Rizaldy, materi yang disampaikan dalam pelatihan ini tidak hanya bersifat teoretis, tetapi juga praktis. “Kami tidak hanya memberikan teori-teori tentang pelayanan prima, tetapi juga memberikan tips dan trik praktis untuk dapat diterapkan oleh para pustakawan dalam keseharian mereka,” ujarnya.<\/p>\n
Salah satu peserta pelatihan, Astutik Nur Qomariyah, M.Hum., mengatakan bahwa materi yang disampaikan sangat relevan dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab mereka sebagai pustakawan. “Pelatihan ini memberikan banyak wawasan baru, khususnya mengenai pentingnya membangun komunikasi yang efektif dengan pemustaka yang memiliki latar belakang dan karakteristik yang beragam,” ujarnya.<\/p>\n
Sementara itu, Davi Wahyuni, S.Sos., turut mengapresiasi penyelenggaraan pelatihan ini. “Saya merasa sangat terbantu dengan tips dan trick yang diberikan untuk meningkatkan penampilan profesional kami sebagai pustakawan. Ke depannya, kami berharap dapat menerapkan ilmu yang didapat untuk memberikan layanan prima bagi pemustaka,” ungkapnya.<\/p>\n
Kegiatan inhouse training “Penguatan Kompetensi Excellence Services bagi SDM Perpustakaan” ini merupakan salah satu upaya Perpusits dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) untuk mencapai visi menjadi “Knowledge and Happiness Centre” bagi sivitas akademika ITS.
