Bebas Pustaka<\/strong> is a letter explaining that students do not have collection<\/strong> loans and fines in the ITS library. Every ITS student who has completed studies is required to take care of\u00a0Bebas Pustaka Perpustakaan Pusat<\/strong>. Bebas Pustaka Perpustakaan Pusat<\/strong> as a requirement for graduation and taking a diploma (not a judicial requirement)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

How to get Bebas Pustaka<\/strong> online?
\nFollow these steps:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Preparation of a Final Project, Thesis, or Dissertation in Accordance with the Guidelines for Preparation. For Students of Undergraduate & Applied Undergraduate Programs,\u00a0<\/u><\/a><\/strong><\/em> Masters Students<\/strong><\/em><\/a> and Doctoral Students<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Students must register online at Librigo.its.ac.id<\/b><\/em><\/a> to get a repository account and will be activated 20 minutes (working hours) please login without having to wait for notification from the administrator. To access Librigo.its.ac.id<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, please use a VPN. VPN Settings<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Students self-upload their files\u00a0 (Undergraduate Thesis, Thesis or Dissertation) at repository.its.ac.id<\/strong><\/a>. A self-upload guide is available at s.id\/uploadmandiri<\/a>. <\/strong>To access the Repository outside the campus please use VPN VPN Settings<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n
  4. If a student ALREADY submits a hardcopy (Undergraduate Thesis, Thesis or Dissertation) and does NOT have collection loan and fines in the ITS Library, The Library Bebas Pustaka<\/strong> Letter can be downloaded via the Librigo app.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Hardcopy can be sent to one of the following addresses:<\/p>\n

    1. Through MyITSprinting<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, for guidance, you can click here<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Service Hours for submission of hardcopy (Undergraduate Thesis, Thesis, or Dissertation)\u00a0Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.<\/li>\n
    3. Hardcopy submission can also be via post or other shipping services by addressing: PERPUSTAKAAN ITS (Divisi Pengembangan Perpustakaan Digital\/PPD), Kampus ITS, Kecamatan Sukolilo, Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur 60111<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
