Coordination of IKM Assessment of Probolinggo City Secretariat<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Surabaya \u2013 ITS. Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya is ready to carry out the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) Assessment activity for the Secretariat of the Regional People’s Representative Council (Sekwan) of Probolinggo City. This was conveyed by the Head of the Center for Regional Potential Studies and Community Empowerment (PDPM) ITS Dr. Sutikno, M.Si. in a coordination activity with the Sekwan of Probolinggo City at the PDPM Office, ITS Research Center Building, Tuesday, July 9, 2024. Present at this coordination activity were Suwardi, S.Sos. Head of the Planning and Finance Bureau, Chairul Anam, SE., M.Si. Head of the Legislation, Meeting and Minutes Bureau, Milasari, S.Sos., M.Si. Young Expert Planner, Arief Nur S., S.Kom., M.Si. Young Expert Policy Analyst, Abd. Latif Tirtana Planning, Evaluation and Reporting Analyst of Sewan of Probolinggo City along with the team from PDPM ITS.<\/p>\n

This coordination activity is to determine the aspects to be measured in the IKM, survey schedule, respondent determination and presentation schedule. Sumardi said that the assessment of the IKM of government agencies is a mandate or obligation that must be fulfilled. Based on the Decree of the Minister of State for Empowerment of State Apparatus (Kep. Men Pan) No. 63\/KEP\/M.PAN\/2023 concerning General Guidelines for the Implementation of Public Services and Kep. Men Pan No. 25\/KEP\/M.PAN\/2\/2024 concerning General Guidelines for Compiling the Public Satisfaction Index of Government Agency Service Units. The purpose of this IKM assessment is to obtain feedback on services, evaluation of improvements and enhancements to the services of the Probolinggo City Regional Secretariat.<\/p>\n

The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) Assessment Activity of the Secretariat of the Probolinggo City Regional People’s Representative Council is in line with the community service roadmap of the Center for Regional Potential Studies and Community Empowerment (PDPM) of the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DRPM) of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) Surabaya, namely regional government governance management. This activity is also in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (TPB)\/Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s), namely goal number (5) gender equality, goal number (8) decent work and economic growth and goal number (17) partnership in achieving goals.
