Senin 28 Maret 2022, Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Kabupaten Mojokerto bersama Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya melaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi Penyusunan Standar Harga Pemerintah Kabupaten Mojokerto Tahun 2023. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Pendopo Kabupaten Mojokerto Graha Maja Tama. Setiap keterlambatan akan berdampak pada kinerja pemerintah daerah. Usulan kegiatan harus sesuai rencana program kegiatan. Yaitu setiap kegiatan maupun sub-kegiatan harus sudah ada perincian anggarannya. Tidak lagi anggaran berbasis \u201cgelondongan.\u201d RKA berbasis rincian ini membutuhkan masukan standar biaya yang dipakai sebagai acuan. Sehingga OPD harus segera mengusulkan komponen biaya apa saja yang dibutuhkan dalam menyusun RKA. Komponen biaya ini yang akan disurvei dan ditetapkan oleh BPKAD sebagai standar satuan harga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kepala BPKAD Kabupaten Mojokerto, Mieke Juliastutik menyampaikan penyusunan standar harga ini adalah sebagai usaha Pemkab Mojokerto dalam efisiensi dan optimalisasi pengelolaan anggaran. Standar harga meliputi standar satuan harga (SSH), standar biaya umum (SBU), analisa satuan biaya (ASB) dan harga satuan pokok kegiatan (HSPK). Dr. Sutikno berharap OPD segera mengusulkan barang\/jasa dan komponen apa saja yang akan digunakan dalam RKA 2023. Sehingga tim ITS bisa segera melaksanakan survey dan menentukan harga pakai. ITS akan melaksanakan survey 3 harga untuk 1 barang\/jasa. Kegiatan ini juga sesuai dengan SDG\u2019s yaitu tujuan nomer (8) pekerjaan layak dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tujuan nomer (17) kemitraan dalam mencapai tujuan.
