From the 1993\/1994 academic year to the 2004\/2005 academic year, 367 alumni had graduated from its 1493 students. Starting in the 2001\/2002 school year, the Civil Engineering Doctoral program has been opened with the number of students registered until now being 8 students.<\/p>\n<p>Supported by 92 teaching staff with qualifications: 9 professors, 15 doctors, and 68 masters. Supporting facilities available are as follows: Lecture Room, 15 Laboratories, Reading Room with more than 6000 library materials, international scientific journals, Internet connections, and other facilities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Purpose<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the Postgraduate Educational Program in the Civil Engineering Study Program is to improve the level of mastery of the knowledge and abilities that have been obtained during education in the Bachelor Program to have the ability to:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Improve professional services through research and development.<br \/>\n\u2022 Participate in the development of the field of Civil Engineering.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop professional abilities in a broader spectrum by linking the fields of Civil Engineering or similar professions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Formulate approaches to solving various problems through scientific reasoning<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Field of Interest<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Civil Engineering Study Program has 6 areas of expertise that students can choose according to their talents and abilities, including:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>GEOTECHNICAL<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>STRUCTURE<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT (MP)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>WATER SOURCE MANAGEMENT AND ENGINEERING (MRSA)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT AND ENGINEERING (MRT)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>ASSET MANAGEMENT (specifical collaboration with the Ministry of Public Works)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Academic Activities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Master Program in Civil Engineering is carried out within 4 semesters (2 years). Total credit load of 40-42 credits, which consists of compulsory subjects, elective courses, research and thesis writing in accordance with the curriculum. The academic calendar for the first semester starts in early September, while the second semester starts in early February and ends in June.<\/p>\n<p>The Civil Engineering Doctoral Program is carried out within 4 semesters (2 years), the maximum time limit of the study period is 4 years.
