The Superior Scholarship Program – Bureau of Planning and International Cooperation (BU-BPKLN) is a scholarship program from the Ministry of Education and Culture aimed at supporting efforts to improve the quality of Indonesian human resources by providing educational and training assistance through both degree and non-degree tracks. There are 3 types of scholarships offered, namely: High-Achieving Public Superior Scholarship The High-Achieving Public Superior Scholarship can be applied for by prospective students who already have an acceptance letter at a higher education institution or students who are currently undergoing studies up to a maximum of semester 2 at the time of registration. The High-Achieving Public Superior Scholarship is intended for high achievers in all fields and is not prioritized for lecturers. 3T Superior Scholarship The 3T Superior Scholarship is a scholarship intended for students coming from 3T (frontier, outermost, and underdeveloped) regions in accordance with Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 131 of 2015 concerning the Determination of Underdeveloped Regions 2015-2019. The 3T Superior Scholarship is used to pursue studies at the Bachelor's (S1), Master's (S2), and/or Doctoral (S3) education levels at higher education institutions with a minimum accreditation of B. Ministry of Education and Culture Employee Scholarship The Ministry of Education and Culture Employee Scholarship is a scholarship awarded to Civil Servants (PNS) within the Ministry of Education and Culture to pursue Master's or Doctoral education domestically or abroad through a study assignment mechanism. This scholarship is not open to ongoing studying employees. A. Document Requirements Master's Degree (S2) Scholarship Maximum age of 37 years Minimum Bachelor's (S1) GPA of 3.00 TOEFL ITP 450/IBT 45, IELTS 5.0 for domestic destinations, while for overseas destinations TOEFL ITP 550/IBT 79, IELTS 6.5 Doctoral Degree (S3) Scholarship Maximum age of 40 years Minimum Master's (S2) GPA of 3.25 TOEFL ITP 450/IBT 45, IELTS 5.0 for domestic destinations, while for overseas destinations TOEFL ITP 550/IBT 79, IELTS 6.5 Regulations 1. Have an Employee Performance Target (SKP) for at least the last 1 year rated at least good; 2. Not currently: Undergoing leave outside state responsibility; Carrying out full duties outside their parent agency; Serving a sentence for committing a criminal offense; Submitting an objection to the Civil Service Advisory Board (BAPEK) or legal action (lawsuit) to court related to the imposition of disciplinary punishment; In the process of imposing moderate or severe disciplinary punishment; Undergoing moderate or severe disciplinary punishment; In the process of a criminal case, both crimes and violations; Fulfilling service bond obligations after a study assignment; Undergoing career tier education and training; 3. Never: Failed in a study assignment due to negligence; Had a study assignment canceled due to fault. B. Required Documents National Identity Card (KTP). Unconditional LoA.
