ITS Campus, ITS News \u2014<\/b>\u00a0Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)<\/a> received as many as 2,211 new student candidates from the results of the National Test-Based Selection (SNBT) in 2024 based on the official announcement from the Educational Testing Management Center (BPPP) at 15.00, Thursday (13\/6). From the results of this selection, the average tightness for each study program (study program) at ITS reaches 10.99 percent.<\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Head of the Admissions Sub-directorate of the ITS Education Directorate Unggul Wasiwitono ST MEngSc said that of the quota that fulfills the SNBT entry pathway at ITS, the number of applicants this year reached 29,792 people and 2,211 of them were declared accepted. \u201cThis figure increased from the previous year both in terms of applicants and quota of students accepted,\u201d said the lecturer at the Department of Mechanical Engineering ITS.<\/a><\/p>\n

Furthermore, Unggul explained that of the total 51 study programs offered by ITS, the D4 Civil Engineering Study Program<\/a>, S1 Informatics Engineering, and D4 Business Statistics were the most popular this year. According to him, the change in study program selection rules that require prospective students to choose vocational study programs also adds to the trend of choosing ITS as a campus with various superior vocational study programs.<\/p>\n

A total of 2,211 new student candidates were accepted from a total of 29,792 applicants at ITS through the SNBT 2024 route<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

As one of the best State Universities (PTN) in Indonesia, ITS also managed to maintain its position as the 4th highest national Computer-Based Writing Test (UTBK) score average. Namely with an average score of 673.74.<\/p>\n

For students who have been accepted, ITS offers various scholarship programs as much as 26 percent of the 20 percent obligation to provide scholarships to its students. These scholarships are intended to ease the financial burden on students’ parents, and ensure that students can focus on their education. \u201cITS is committed to continuously improving the quality of education and services to the community through various scholarship programs,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Unggul explained that for prospective students who have not been accepted through the SNBT pathway, ITS still offers various other entry pathways that are still available. \u201cFor students who have not had the opportunity to enter ITS through the SNBT pathway, they can register through the Partnership Independent Selection and General Independent Selection which are open until June 16,\u201d said Unggul.<\/p>\n

With the announcement of the 2024 SNBT results, ITS is ready to welcome new students with various facilities and support that have been prepared. ITS also continues to innovate in the field of education, providing a conducive learning environment and supporting student self-development.<\/p>\n

Unggul also expressed his pride at the increase in the number of applicants at ITS this year. \u201cThis shows that ITS’ reputation as a superior technical education institution is increasingly recognized,\u201d he concluded proudly. (ITS Public Relations)<\/strong><\/p>\n
