Oleh karena itu, Hari Perawatan Diri Internasional yang diperingati setiap 24 Juli menjadi momentum yang kembali mengingatkan kita akan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan fisik dan mental.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tidak dipungkiri, kehidupan mahasiswa tak luput dari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/2022\/06\/11\/dukung-sdgs-manajemen-bisnis-its-gelar-bazar-tugas-akhir-dan-kewirausahaan\/\">tugas kuliah<\/a> yang menumpuk, ujian, hingga berbagai agenda organisasi yang seringkali membuat para mahasiswa harus mengorbankan waktu tidur mereka. Begadang hingga larut malam menjadi kebiasaan yang sulit dihindari. Padahal, kurang tidur memiliki dampak buruk yang signifikan terhadap kesehatan, seperti menurunnya sistem imun, gangguan konsentrasi, serta peningkatan risiko penyakit kronis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Selain itu, pola makan yang tidak teratur juga menjadi masalah yang umum di kalangan mahasiswa. Jadwal yang padat seringkali membuat mereka melewatkan waktu makan atau memilih makanan cepat saji yang kurang bergizi. Pola makan yang buruk ini tidak hanya mempengaruhi kesehatan fisik, tetapi juga kesehatan mental. Merawat diri bukan hanya tentang menjaga penampilan fisik, tetapi juga memperhatikan keseimbangan antara kesehatan fisik dan mental.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Untuk memperbaiki kebiasaan kurang baik di atas, ada beberapa hal yang bisa dilakukan. Pertama, mahasiswa perlu memiliki waktu tidur yang teratur dan cukup. Tidur tujuh sampai delapan jam setiap malam sangat penting untuk menjaga kesehatan dan performa akademik. Kedua, memperhatikan pola makan dengan memastikan asupan bergizi seimbang. Makan tepat waktu dan memilih makanan sehat dapat membantu menjaga energi dan konsentrasi sepanjang hari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ketiga, mahasiswa juga perlu meluangkan waktu untuk berolahraga secara teratur. Aktivitas fisik tidak hanya bermanfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh, tetapi juga membantu mengurangi stres dan meningkatkan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">mood<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Terakhir yang tidak kalah penting adalah mengelola stres dengan baik.
