{"id":9070,"date":"2010-03-22T15:13:04","date_gmt":"2010-03-22T15:13:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/2010\/03\/22\/belajar-entrepreneur-ala-hmtf\/"},"modified":"2010-03-22T15:13:04","modified_gmt":"2010-03-22T15:13:04","slug":"belajar-entrepreneur-ala-hmtf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/belajar-entrepreneur-ala-hmtf\/","title":{"rendered":"Belajar Entrepreneur Ala HMTF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Acara yang diadakan dua hari berturut-turut ini, Sabtu hingga Minggu (20-21\/3), membahas bagaimana  menjadi seorang <em>entrepreneur<\/em>. &quot;Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya acara ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan minat menjadi <em>entrepreneur<\/em> di ITS,&quot; ungkap Adit, ketua panitia. Pada hari pertama diadakan seminar di Teater C, sedangkan pada hari kedua diadakan kunjungan ke Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) di Pasuruan.<\/p>\n<p>Seminar pada hari pertama menghadirkan alumni ITS yang sukses dalam berwirausaha, yaitu Hengky Eko dengan usaha Bakso Cak Eko-nya, serta Thomas Ari lewat Griyanggita, sebuah jasa konsultan desain interior. Hengky banyak bercerita tentang pengalamannya sejak mencari kerja hingga menjadi pencipta lapangan kerja. Ia mengisahkan pernah sepuluh kali gagal berwirausaha sampai akhirnya sukses dengan Bakso Cak Eko. &quot;Hambatan dan tantangan dalam berwirausaha dapat diatasi dengan ketekunan,&quot; sebutnya.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas yang tampil sebagai pemateri kedua menekankan pentingnya kreativitas dalam membangun sebuah lapangan kerja. &quot;Aset terbesar dari Griyanggita adalah SDM. Aset terbesar dalam SDM adalah kreativitas,&quot; tutur pria yang juga merupakan pengasuh rubrik Griya di Jawa Pos ini.<\/p>\n<p>Hari kedua, peserta Sneot bisa merasakan jalan-jalan sambil belajar di Pabrik Mebel Liva dan PPLH (Pusat Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup) di Pasuruan. &quot;Kita memilih Pabrik Mebel Liva karena UKM tersebut sudah bisa memasarkan produknya sampai ke tingkat internasional,&quot; jelas Adit. Di Pabrik Mebel Liva para peserta disambut dengan ramah dan dijelaskan mengenai gambaran dunia wirausaha berikut cara membangun usaha mereka dari awal. &quot;Yang utama dari e<em>ntrepreneurship<\/em> adalah ada niatan untuk melakukannya,&quot; ujar Siswanto, pemilik Pabrik Mebel Liva. <\/p>\n<p>Di tempat kunjungan kedua yaitu PPLH, peserta mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mengenal lebih jauh mengenai areal luas yang biasa digunakan untuk <em>outbond<\/em>, penelitian, pelatihan, dan kegiatan alam lainnya ini. Pada awal berdirinya, PPLH disokong oleh dana dari World Wildlife Fund. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Sekarang, segala dana operasional sudah mandiri, yaitu berasal dari usaha penginapan, restoran, tempat <em>outbond<\/em> dan sebagainya,&quot; papar Wijayanti selaku Asisten Manajer PPLH.<\/p>\n<p>Para peserta mengaku mendapat pengetahuan baru lewat acara ini. &quot;Ternyata berwirausaha tidak hanya tergantung dari <em>background<\/em> kita, tetapi juga dibutuhkan ketekunan, kreativitas, serta pantang menyerah,&quot; pungkas Ruman, salah satu peserta.
