Namun, subjektivitas parameter kepuasan pelanggan yang digunakan hingga kini dinilai masih kurang optimal dalam menilai. Hal itu pun dianggap tidak efektif karena rendahnya tanggapan responden, lamanya waktu untuk mendapatkan hasil dari responden, dan kebiasan dari tanggapan responden. \u201cMaka perlu digunakan formula khusus untuk menilai kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan pendekatan atribut kualitas,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p>Pertama, untuk menentukan kepuasan pelanggan diperlukan atribut utama. Menurut Suef lagi, atribut utama merupakan atribut produk yang tidak diminta oleh pelanggan, tetapi dapat membuat pelanggan terkesan jika ada. Yaitu atribut produk yang diinginkan oleh pelanggan, sehingga jika produk tidak sesuai pelanggan akan kecewa. Dengan demikian, antara kualitas produk dan kepuasan pelanggan akan berjalan secara linear. \u201cDalam formulanya, parameter yang terlibat sama dengan sebelumnya, hanya mengganti indeks inovasi dengan konstanta ambang ketidakpuasan pelanggan,\u201d papar lelaki kelahiran Jombang, 30 Juni 1965 tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Atribut terakhir yaitu atribut mutlak. Didefinisikan sebagai atribut produk yang secara mutlak sudah ada di pasaran, sehingga apabila keberadaannya tidak ada, maka pelanggan akan kecewa.
