Mereka berasal dari jurusan yang mempunyai agenda mentoring di semester genap. <\/p>\n<p>Setelah mentoring pada semester ganjil selesai, BPM JMMI ITS kembali bersiap mengadakan mentoring semester genap. Sebelum mentoring dibuka pada Sabtu(6\/2) depan, BPM JMMI ITS terlebih dahulu memberi pembekalan kepada para mentor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Pembekalan yang diberikan kepada para mentor meliputi persiapan mental dan kejiwaan, serta pemantapan materi yang akan disampaikannya nanti,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d ungkap Muhammad A Hasib selaku Direktur BPM JMMI ITS.<\/p>\n<p>Pada TFM kali ini disampaikan beberapa materi diantaranya motivasi dalam dakwah, <em>public speaking, personality <\/em>mente (peserta mentoring), seni mengatur waktu, inovasi mentoring, motivasi mentor prestatif dan arti penting sebuah amanah. Semua pemateri diambil dari kalangan yang berkometen, seperti Achmad Arqom, Taufiqurrahman, Muhammad Reza, Achmad Gontar dan Rio Purbowo.<\/p>\n<p>Penyampain materi tidak hanya dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi, tetapi juga dengan permainan. Dan setiap permainan mempunyai pesan dan makna tersembunyi. Setelah permainan selesai, peserta diminta mengungkapkan pesan-pesan yang tersembunyi tersebut. Selain itu, ada juga permainan yang diberikan di tengah-tengah meteri yang bertujuan untuk menghilangkan kantuk peserta.<\/p>\n<p>Jumlah mentor sendiri pada mentoring semester genap ada 150 mahasiswa, lebih sedikit dari semester kemarin yang berjumlah 170 mahasiswa. Dan jumlah mente adalah 1500 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 900 mahasiswa putra dan 600 mahasiswa putri.<\/p>\n<p>Pelaksanaan mentoring semester genap akan dilakukan mulai minggu kedua bulan Februari sampai pertengahan bulan Mei 2010. Dan setiap kelompok mentoring minimal melakukan 8 kali mentoring. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Itu adalah salah satu syarat yang harus dipenuhi untuk memasukan nilai mentoring kedalam nilai Agama Islam\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, ujar mahasiswa asal Jakarta ini.<\/p>\n<p>Tugas para mentor selain memberi materi kepada mente-nya adalah memberi teladan. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Jangan sampai perbuatan yang tidak mencerminkan seorang muslim, dilakukan oleh para mentor,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d tambah mahasiswa mahasiswa Teknik Material dan Metalurgi ini.<\/p>\n<p>Salah seorang peserta TFM Yahya Syukri mengungkapkan bahwa acara seperti ini sangat bermanfaat. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Saya mendapat ilmu baru, kreatifitas, cara membuat mentoring yang menarik dan banyak lainnya,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d ungkap mahasiswa Teknik Elektro angkatan 2008 ini.(rik\/nrf)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guna mempersiapkan mentoring di semester genap, selama dua hari mulai Sabtu (30\/1), Badan Pelaksana Mentoring Jamaah Masjid Manarul Ilmi ITS (BPM JMMI ITS) mengadakan Training For Mentor (TFM).
