Menurut Ketua Panitia<br \/>\nTCC, Mufqi Ikhwanus Shofa, tujuan dari kompetisi ini adalah untuk mengenalkan<br \/>\ndunia teknik sipil di kalangan pelajar SMA\/SMK sederajat, terutama dalam<br \/>\nkonstruksi tower.<\/p>\n<p style=&quot;text-align: justify;&quot; class=&quot;MsoNormal&quot;><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/p>\n<p style=&quot;text-align: justify;&quot; class=&quot;MsoNormal&quot;>Sejak pagi, peserta TCC memenuhi<br \/>\nhalaman kampus D3 Teknik Sipil ITS. Waktu yang diberikan untuk menyelesaikan pembuatan<br \/>\nkonstruksi tower ini adalah 4,5 jam.
