Kampus ITS, ITS News \u2014<\/strong> Mengedepankan aspek berkelanjutan dengan menekan biaya seminimal mungkin menjadi tantangan yang tidak mudah di dunia konstruksi. Dari persoalan ini, tim Asgardian Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) menggagas solusi lean construction<\/em>, pemodelan, hingga teknologi virtual guna mengefisiensi biaya proyek.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Salah satu perwakilan tim, Yonda Shafa Salsabila menuturkan, dalam proses metode lean construction<\/em>, pengurangan limbah menjadi aspek yang penting. \u201cIntinya, dengan metode ini, kita perlu mengurangi limbah dan di saat yang bersamaan juga dapat meningkatkan nilai dari proyek,\u201d terangnya.<\/p>\n

Yonda bersama timnya pun mewujudkan penerapan metode tersebut melalui penggunaan cetakan penahan beton atau bekisting berbahan dasar phenolic film<\/em>. Penggunaan bekisting bahan tersebut diklaim dapat digunakan hingga 10 kali siklus pengecoran beton serta menghemat biaya pemakaian bekisting hingga 60 persen.<\/p>\n

Selain itu, penghematan biaya juga ditunjang dengan pembagian denah lokasi pembangunan atau zonasi area. Pembagian ini meliputi jadwal eksekusi proyek, rotasi pekerja, alat, hingga material. \u201cDengan cara ini, tim pekerja saling bergantian tugas untuk mempercepat durasi pekerjaan,\u201d jelas Yonda.<\/p>\n

Inovasi Tim Asgardian yang menggunakan metode Building Information Modelling<\/em> (BIM), pemodelan tiga dimensi yang memudahkan pemangku kepentingan dalam memahami rancangan proyek konstruksi<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Menariknya, untuk menerapkan kedua metode tersebut, Yonda bersama rekan satu timnya, Nazarudin Al Qikam serta Pulung Gogo Wisnu W, terlebih dahulu memodelkan bangunan yang hendak diperkirakan biayanya dalam gambar tiga dimensi. Dengan pemodelan ini, volume pekerjaan akan lebih mudah diukur dan estimasi biaya pembangunan menjadi lebih akurat.<\/p>\n

Tak hanya itu, tim dari Departemen Teknik Sipil ini juga menerapkan drone sebagai alat bantu pemantauan. \u201cPenggunaan drone<\/em> dapat membantu proses survey dan pemetaan di tahap awal proyek serta proses pengawasan dan dokumentasi selama pelaksanaan,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Selain itu, pemantauan juga didukung dengan memadukan teknologi Virtual Reality<\/em> (VR) dan Augmented Reality<\/em> (AR). Melalui kedua teknologi olah visual ini, pemangku kepentingan dan juga manajer proyek yang dijadikan bahan analisis menjadi lebih mudah dalam melakukan pemantauan.<\/p>\n

Melalui keunggulan inovasinya, tim Asgardian berhasil meraih juara pertama pada kompetisi National Project Cost Estimation yang merupakan rangkaian acara Civil Engineering Festival, akhir Agustus lalu. Dalam perhelatan yang berlangsung di Politeknik Negeri Jakarta ini, mereka dituntut untuk mengusulkan estimasi biaya proyek tanpa diketahui ukuran bangunan dan batas biaya yang diperlukan.<\/p>\n

Dengan berhasil menyisihkan 59 tim lainnya, mahasiswa angkatan 2021 ini berujar bahwa keberhasilan inovasi tim Asgardian tidak lepas dari dukungan berbagai pihak, terutama Dosen Pembimbing, Ir Retno Indryani MT. \u201cSemoga ke depannya inovasi metode pelaksanaan ini semakin banyak diaplikasikan dalam proyek nyata,\u201d pungkasnya optimistis.
