Hadirnya inovasi ini menjawab adanya potensi kecelakaan pipa minyak bawah laut akibat jangkar kapal yang masih terjadi.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Salah satu peneliti AISITS Dr Eng Dhimas Widhi Handani ST MSc mengungkapkan, AISITS merupakan inovasi yang dikembangkan oleh Pusat Unggulan Iptek Keselamatan Kapal dan Instalasi Laut (PUI Kekal). Implementasi AISITS pada perusahaan migas bertujuan untuk mencegah kecelakaan pipa minyak bawah laut. \u201cHal ini beranjak dari adanya insiden kebakaran pipa minyak bawah laut akibat jangkar kapal yang pernah terjadi,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">AISITS bekerja dengan cara memberikan data lokasi kapal dan pipa bawah laut. Dhimas menuturkan bahwa AISITS juga mampu memberikan kondisi terkini dari pipa minyak bawah laut, sehingga perusahaan migas dapat meminimalisir pengeluaran. \u201cDengan AISITS, pengeluaran yang dibutuhkan tidak sampai 20 persen,\u201d tandasnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pemberi peringatan dini, menurut Dhimas, AISITS juga dilengkapi beberapa fitur lain. Saat ini cakupannya masih mencapai 100 kilometer, sehingga masih terdapat <em>blindspot <\/em>(titik buta) di beberapa wilayah. Mengatasi hal ini, kapal dapat diberi penguat sinyal di area yang kurang terjangkau tersebut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Terdapat beberapa kriteria penilaian dalam ajang tersebut antara lain implementasi dalam industri migas, kebaruan inovasi, dampak terhadap keselamatan fasilitas dan lingkungan, serta efektivitas inovasi. Antara lain Prof Dr Ketut Buda Artana ST MSc, Dr I Made Ariana ST MT, AAB Dinariyana Dwi P ST MES PhD, Dr Emmy Pratiwi ST, dan Dr Eng Fadilla Indrayuni Prastyasari MSc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Melalui implementasi dalam bidang migas, inovasi AISITS ini telah berhasil meraih juara favorit dalam ajang Ikatan Ahli Fasilitas Produksi Minyak dan Gas Bumi Indonesia (IAFMI) <em>Innovation Award 2023<\/em>.
