Melihat kondisi tersebut, tiga mahasiswa <a href=\"http:\/\/its.ac.id\/tsipil\">Departemen Teknik Sipil<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/its.ac.id\">Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)<\/a> menginovasikan jalan berlapis panel surya pada jembatan.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ketiga mahasiswa tersebut adalah Royce Giovano Sutikno, Adi Drajad Budiman, dan Nathaniel Nico Prawira yang tergabung dalam tim The Civil Conqueror. Ketua tim, Royce Giovano Sutikno menjelaskan bahwa inovasi ini berangkat dari adanya isu perubahan iklim yang telah menjadi topik global dan fakta. \u201cMinimnya penggunaan energi baru terbarukan (EBT) pada pembangunan infrastruktur tersebut menjadi titik awal tercetusnya inovasi ini,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Royce mengatakan, pemilihan inovasinya bukan tanpa alasan. Dengan rata-rata penyinaran sepanjang tahun selama 2.000 \u2013 3.000 jam, Indonesia memiliki potensi untuk menggantikan sumber tenaga listrik yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Karena itu, melalui desain jembatan sepanjang 756,5 meter buatan tim <a href=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ITS<\/a> ini dapat menghasilkan energi listrik sebesar 13.843,95 kilowatt per jam. \u201cSimulasi produksi listrik ini terhitung dapat memenuhi kebutuhan listrik 144 Kepala Keluarga (KK) di Kabupaten Situbondo,\u201d terang mahasiswa berkacamata tersebut lebih lanjut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tak hanya efisien dalam menyediakan EBT, jembatan terobosan Royce dan tim ini juga terbukti memiliki ketahanan dua kali lebih kuat dibanding aspal.
