Dan ketaatan inilah yang kemudian akan memberikan suasana damai dan tentram. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Dengan berakhlak mulia berarti kita juga menjaga kesehatan tubuh,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d tuturnya. <\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Dosa-dosa yang kita lakukan seperti mendendam, menyimpan emosi, marah, itu semua bisa mendatangkan satu peringatan langsung berupa penyakit,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d ujar Ustadz Dhanu. Namun, lanjutnya, bukan berarti jika sudah terlanjur kemudian tak ada obatnya. <\/p>\n<p>&quot;Mohon ampunan, itu yang paling mendasar. Insya Allah bila sungguh-sungguh, kesembuhan pun akan datang,&quot; ungkap Ustadz yang mengisi program Bengkel Hati di salah satu stasiun TV tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Tak lupa, Ustadz Mas Dhanu juga memberikan tips agar seseorang tetap sehat. Tips yang pertama adalah selalu rendah hati. &quot;Seperti di ITS ini. Di sini banyak orang pandai, jadi pandai-pandai jugalah untuk rendah hati,&quot;&nbsp; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Disambung tips yang kedua yakni, menjaga keharmonisan suami istri. Menurut Ustadz Dhanu, kebanyakan penyakit yang diderita seorang anak pasti ada kaitannya dengan perilaku kedua orang tuanya. <\/p>\n<p>&quot;Bagi Bapak dan Ibu, bila ingin anaknya sehat jasmani maupun rohani, jagalah selalu sisi keharmonisan ini,&quot; pesannya. Adapun untuk tips yang ketiga, Ustadz Dhanu mengutarakan, janganlah balas menganiaya jika dianiaya orang lain.
