Mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dosen <a href=\"http:\/\/its.ac.id\">Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)<\/a> menggagas Mecca WABot sebagai asisten pribadi dalam ibadah haji dan umrah.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Penggagas Mecca WABot Ir Achmad Holil Noor Ali MKom menuturkan bahwa sistem ini dirancang berbasis <em>chat<\/em> karena mudah digunakan oleh berbagai kalangan usia. Dengan demikian, aplikasi WhatsApp dapat dimanfaatkan lebih efektif oleh pengguna. \u201cSistem <em>chatbot <\/em>ini ringan dalam penggunaannya dan lebih fokus dengan apa yang dibutuhkan jamaah haji dan umrah,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut, dosen yang akrab disapa Holil tersebut menjelaskan, sistem <em>chatbot<\/em> merupakan teknologi <em>auto-reply<\/em> pada aplikasi WhatsApp (WA). Selain itu, terdapat petunjuk lokasi tempat ziarah, napak tilas Rasulullah, kawasan dan hotel, tempat oleh-oleh, hingga rute perjalanan. \u201cMecca WABot sudah terintegrasi dengan <em>google map,s<\/em> sehingga dapat memudahkan jamaah apabila tersesat di Mekah,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Fitur-fitur dan informasi yang terdapat dalam Mecca WABot tidak hanya berbentuk teks dan gambar, tetapi tersedia dalam bentuk audio.
