Guna merealisasikan upaya ini, ITS melalui Unit Komunikasi Publik (UKP) menggelar Pelatihan Manajemen Keprotokolan di Lingkungan ITS, Rabu (1\/3).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sekretaris ITS, Dr Umi Laili Yuhana SKom MSc menuturkan, sebagai Perguruan Tinggi Berbadan Hukum (PTN-BH), ITS senantiasa berupaya meningkatkan standar layanan guna mencapai kualitas prima. Perempuan yang kerap disapa Yuhana ini melanjutkan, upaya tersebut menjadi langkah strategis ITS dalam merealisasikan citra positif yang telah dibangun di mata publik. \u201cDengan pelatihan ini, kita upayakan peningkatan koordinasi guna mencapai pelayanan keprotokolan yang lebih baik,\u201d ujarnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Menimpali pernyataan Yuhana, Perwakilan Bagian Umum Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Sekretaris Daerah Kota Surabaya, Wahyu Irawan memaparkan makna protokol secara sederhana. Menurutnya, protokol merupakan seperangkat aturan dalam tata penyambutan kunjungan khususnya tamu istimewa. Menurutnya, koordinasi terkait permintaan dan aturan khusus dari tamu tidak dapat disepelekan begitu saja. Pasalnya, hal tersebut dapat menjadi salah satu indikasi keberhasilan acara. &#8220;Dalam kesempatan ini, kami juga memberikan contoh aplikasi protokol, salah satunya dengan simulasi penyambutan tamu yang baik dan benar,&#8221; terang mantan Ajudan Walikota Surabaya tersebut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kegiatan yang dihadiri oleh anggota Satuan Keamanan Kampus (SKK), <em>Liason Officer<\/em> (LO) departemen dan non-departemen, Duta Kampus ITS, serta garda terdepan ITS ini turut menyosialisasikan menu MyITSVisit. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Platform <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">anyar<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> ini dicanangkan bakal menjadi media pendataan agenda internal ITS maupun kunjungan dari pihak luar.
