Menjawab permasalahan tersebut, Tim Naraya dari Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) kembangkan platform asisten virtual yang memudahkan pengawasan kondisi pasien dari jarak jauh.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ketua Tim Naraya ITS Fiqey Indriati Eka Sari menuturkan bahwa SahabatCAPD merupakan aplikasi gagasan timnya yang dibuat sejak tahun 2021 lalu. Berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan Augmented Reality (AR), aplikasi ini membantu self-monitoring pasien sehingga dokter dan tenaga medis dapat memantau kondisi pasien secara real time. \u201cDengan demikian, dokter dapat memberikan rekomendasi apabila pasien berada pada kondisi abnormal,\u201d paparnya.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_77573\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-77573\" style=\"width: 859px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-77573 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-12-20-at-6.46.55-PM.jpeg\" alt=\"Bagan prinsip kerja SahabatCAPD rancangan Tim Naraya ITS, di mana data pasien yang masuk akan dianalisis oleh sistem dan tercatat secara real time untuk dipantau tenaga medis\" width=\"859\" height=\"473\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-77573\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Bagan prinsip kerja SahabatCAPD rancangan Tim Naraya ITS, di mana data pasien yang masuk akan dianalisis oleh sistem dan tercatat secara real time untuk dipantau tenaga medis<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Lebih lanjut, menurut Fiqey, fitur-fitur berupa sistem pencatatan digital, sistem pendeteksian, hingga sistem pemantauan dan doctorbot didesain untuk membantu pasien yang menggunakan aplikasi ini. \u201cPasien tidak perlu lagi menggunakan buku untuk mencatat perkembangan mereka selama sebulan hingga temu dokter dilakukan,\u201d terangnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Terkait sistem pencatatan, Fiqey mengungkapkan bahwa pasien harus memperbarui data sebanyak tiga hingga lima kali sehari pasca pasien mengganti cairan dialisat steril ke rongga peritoneum melalui kateter permanen. Adapun data yang harus dimasukkan adalah keluhan, tekanan darah, berat badan, dan perbedaan volume cairan buangan. \u201cAplikasi ini juga dapat diintegrasikan dengan smartwatch untuk otomatisasi data tekanan darah,\u201d tandasnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mahasiswi Departemen Teknik Informatika ini menjelaskan bahwa data-data tersebut juga ditunjang dengan data citra cairan buangan yang harus difoto oleh pasien. Seluruh data yang dimasukkan oleh pasien akan tersimpan dan tercatat dalam logbook serta menjadi catatan historis yang bisa dilihat oleh tenaga medis. \u201cAda pula fitur doctorbot yang membantu pasien untuk mengetahui berbagai informasi seputar terapi CAPD guna mendukung suksesnya terapi,\u201d imbuhnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mengingat kebermanfaatannya yang dapat membantu pasien terapi CAPD, Tim Naraya mengikutsertakan gagasannya dalam sebuah lomba.
