Mereka mengatakan, hingga kini kasus perundungan siber<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (cyberbullying) <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">pada anak masih menjadi salah satu isu yang perlu perhatian khusus. Lantas, peran apa yang bisa kita ambil?<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dikutip dari laman resmi UNICEF, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">cyberbullying <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">merupakan bentuk perundungan dengan menggunakan media teknologi digital seperti media sosial, platform <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">chatting<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, maupun <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">game<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Tindakan ini dilakukan secara berulang yang ditujukan untuk menakuti, mempermalukan, atau membuat marah korban yang menjadi sasaran.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Terlebih, dunia maya yang dapat dijangkau semua usia ini membuka ruang bagi siapapun untuk bisa berselancar secara anonim. Bahkan tidak menutup kemungkinan pelaku kekerasan berasal dari orang terdekat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bukti nyata dari dampak perundungan siber ini telah terjadi pada beberapa waktu lalu. Salah satu siswa SD asal Tasikmalaya dikabarkan kehilangan nyawa akibat perundungan yang dialaminya di media sosial. Hal ini menunjukkan akibat dari tindakan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">cyberbullying <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">dengan cepat menjangkau khalayak luas, dapat diakses tanpa batas dan meninggalkan jejak digital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ada banyak faktor yang membuat perundungan siber terjadi. Di antara lain pesatnya perkembangan internet, kondisi pandemi yang menuntut banyak kegiatan daring, serta masifnya penggunaan media sosial di kalangan anak-anak. Terbukti, UNICEF mengungkapkan bahwa sebesar 92 persen pengguna internet aktif tertinggi di Indonesia adalah anak-anak usia 12-17 tahun.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_77157\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-77157\" style=\"width: 1416px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-77157\" src=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/12\/unicef-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1416\" height=\"943\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-77157\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kampanye <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">stop bullying <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">di segala macam bentuk perundungan bagi anak-anak (sumber: Pinterest)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Untuk itu, semua pihak harus mendukung upaya UNICEF dalam mengurangi segala macam bentuk perundungan siber. Hal ini bisa dimulai dengan memberikan edukasi serta menanamkan rambu-rambu etika dalam bermedia sosial. Setidaknya, para pengguna internet khususnya anak-anak bisa mendapat gambaran bagaimana harus bersikap ketika mendapat perlakuan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">cyberbullying<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Apabila kita melihat orang terdekat menjadi korban perundungan, sebaiknya segera ambil sikap bijak serta jangan gegabah. Usahakan jangan tersulut emosi dan coba lakukan pendekatan dengan memberikan saran serta menjadi pendengar yang baik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Untuk penanganan lebih lanjut, kita dapat membantu melaporkan kepada pihak berwajib. Pasalnya, para pelaku yang melakukan tindakan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">bullying <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">terancam Pasal 351 KUHP tentang tindak penganiayaan, Pasal 310 dan Pasal 311 KUHP tentang perundungan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">online<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Selain itu, sebagai upaya preventif, pemerintah juga membantu dalam hal peningkatan sistem <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">cyber security<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">cyber safety<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Saat ini juga telah tersedia jalur lapor dan respons cepat yang ditujukan ke Telepon Sahabat Anak (TePSA) Kementerian Sosial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Adanya perlindungan dan payung hukum ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada sikap normalisasi bagi segala macam bentuk perundungan. Prinsip inilah yang seharusnya tertanam dari seluruh generasi.
