Sistem bernama UAVITS tersebut telah diuji coba final di Terminal Umum Delta Artha Bahari Nusantara (DABN) Pelabuhan Probolinggo, Rabu (7\/12).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ketua pelaksana penelitian Ir Tri Achmadi PhD menjelaskan, pada penelitian ini dikembangkan sebuah sistem monitoring PUTA untuk mendistribusikan logistik kesehatan antarpulau. Penelitian tersebut merupakan tahun kedua setelah sebelumnya sukses dengan inovasi drone logistik tanpa awak pada November 2021. \u201cTahun lalu kami berinovasi dalam operasional, sedangkan tahun ini kami berfokus pada sistemnya,\u201d paparnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Lebih lanjut, Manajer Science Techno Park (STP) Klaster Inovasi Kemaritiman ITS ini mengungkapkan, pada tahap final uji coba untuk UAVITS, PUTA yang mengangkut logistik kesehatan diterbangkan dari Pelabuhan DABN menuju Pulau Gili Ketapang, Probolinggo. Menurutnya, uji coba ini membuktikan bahwa PUTA dapat menempuh perjalanan melintasi perairan dalam jarak yang cukup jauh. \u201cKarena cukup jarang PUTA beroperasi melintasi laut, umumnya hanya di daratan,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_77092\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-77092\" style=\"width: 1280px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-77092 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-12-08-at-16.06.42.jpeg\" alt=\"(dari kiri) Albertus Gian Dessayes Adriano, Ir Tri Achmadi PhD, dan Murdianto Kusumadewa berdiskusi mengenai PUTA dengan sistem UAVITS\" width=\"1280\" height=\"870\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-77092\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">(dari kiri) Albertus Gian Dessayes Adriano ST DIC MSc, Ir Tri Achmadi PhD, dan Murdianto Kusumadewa berdiskusi mengenai PUTA dengan sistem UAVITS<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Salah satu anggota tim penelitian Muhammad Bagus Istighfar mengungkapkan, sistem tersebut memindai data melalui transponder. Yakni pemancar radio yang akan menyampaikan sinyal pada sistem UAVITS. Selanjutnya, sinyal tersebut akan diolah datanya untuk menampilkan navigasi dari PUTA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mahasiswa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/informatika\/id\/beranda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Departemen Teknik Informatika ITS<\/a> ini mengatakan bahwa live monitoring menjadi fitur unggulan pada UAVITS. Fitur tersebut menampilkan kecepatan, ketinggian, koordinat posisi, dengan durasi pengambilan data lima detik sekali. Ia juga menambahkan bahwa UAVITS menampilkan informasi tingkat keamanan lintasan PUTA. \u201cSistem bisa mendeteksi area safe, warning, danger,\u201d bebernya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Selain itu, UAVITS menawarkan fitur verifikasi data perizinan yang dapat membantu pemilik drone untuk melakukan penerbangan baik saat lepas landas maupun pendaratan secara legal. Tak hanya melibatkan mahasiswa, penelitian ini juga melibatkan dosen dari kedua departemen. Dosen-dosen tersebut di antaranya adalah Muhammad Riduwan SKom MKom, Agus Budi Raharjo SKom MKom PhD, dan Siska Arifiani SKom MKom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tidak hanya itu, penelitian dengan judul Purwarupa Sistem Operasional Lalu Lintas Pesawat Udara Tanpa Awak (PUTA): Studi Kasus Aplikasi Angkutan Logistik Medis di Wilayah Udara Jawa Timur ini didukung oleh program <em>Matching Fund<\/em> (Kedaireka) gelombang V tahun 2022 oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset dan Teknologi (Ditjen Diktiristek) Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kemdikbud.go.id\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kemendikbudristek<\/a>) RI.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_77091\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-77091\" style=\"width: 1280px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-77091\" src=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-12-08-at-16.07.35.jpeg\" alt=\"Tim peneliti ITS beserta jajaran mitra dalam uji coba final UAVITS di Pelabuhan Probolinggo\" width=\"1280\" height=\"719\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-77091\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Tim peneliti ITS beserta jajaran mitra dalam uji coba final UAVITS di Pelabuhan Probolinggo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Inovasi yang diteliti selama bulan September hingga Desember 2022 ini menerima respon positif dari kedua mitra. Menurut Junior Manager Perencanaan dan Evaluasi Tower AirNav Indonesia cabang Surabaya Murdianto Kusumadewa, UAVITS merupakan suatu gebrakan yang bagus di tengah pergerakan PUTA di Indonesia yang tidak terkawal. \u201cDengan adanya penelitian ini bisa diaplikasikan dalam regulasi, sehingga drone di Indonesia bisa dimonitor lebih dalam,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Hal senada disampaikan Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Beehive Drones Albertus Gian Dessayes Adriano ST DIC MSc. Ia berharap dengan adanya UAVITS, regulasi PUTA di Indonesia menjadi lebih jelas.
