Membagikan pengalamannya, alumnus Departemen Teknik Sistem Perkapalan (DTSP) Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Faishal Rachman ST CSCA memaparkan peluang karir khususnya di bidang <em>Liquefied Natural Gas<\/em> (LNG).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pria yang berkarir sebagai LNG Supply and Market Analyst ini menjelaskan, terdapat beberapa pijakan karir yang dapat digeluti sesuai dengan keprofesian di bidang <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">marine engineering<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Seperti halnya pada bidang evaluasi kelayakan kapal, desain dan perencanaan kapal, pengoperasian kapal, hingga seputar bisnis di bidang maritim. Terdapat pula kejuruan pada bidang pelabuhan, bidang logistik, bisnis perikanan, hingga kegiatan lepas pantai.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lebih lanjut terkait salah satu kegiatan lepas pantai yakni industri LNG di Indonesia, Faishal turut menguraikan runtutan rantai nilai dari komoditas ini. Dijelaskannya bahwa proses transportasi gas dilakukan dengan menggunakan kapal LNG ataupun disimpan pada tangki penyimpanan yang ada. Terdapat beberapa jenis\u00a0 tempat penyimpanan gas yang merupakan pendukung proses transisi energi ini. \u201cAntara lain adalah <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Floating, Storage and Regasification Uni<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>t<\/em> dan LNG <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">receiving terminal<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> tepat sebelum disalurkan ke pelanggan,\u201d jelasnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tentang peluang berkarir di bidang LNG, lanjut Lelaki yang sedang melanjutkan studi magisternya di Erasmus University of Rotterdam ini, Indonesia sendiri telah memiliki beberapa perusahaan yang menaungi. Seperti halnya PT Badak LNG, British Petroleum (BP) dan PT Donggi Senoro yang bergerak di LNG<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> loading terminal<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Selain itu, terdapat PT PGN LNG, PT Nusantara Regas, dan PT Perta Arun Gas pada LNG <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">receiving terminal. <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Adapun pada ranah LNG <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">shipping, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">terdapat PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk dan PT Soechi Lines Tbk.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_76744\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-76744\" style=\"width: 1920px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-76744\" src=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/12\/Untitled-design-7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-76744\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Faishal turut memaparkan beberapa industri yang bergerak pada bidang LNG di Indonesia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-76746\" src=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/12\/Untitled-design-8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tak luput, Faishal turut menjelaskan rantai nilai dari LNG mulai dari pencarian cadangan gas hingga ke pelanggan<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Untuk menunjang kapabilitas di beberapa bidang LNG tersebut, alumnus ITS angkatan 2012 ini menambahkan bahwa terdapat beberapa program studi lainnya yang relevan untuk para sarjana melanjutkan pendidikan magister. Seperti halnya yakni <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">maritime management<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">supply chain<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, dan<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> marine engineering<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. \u201cPada bidang <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">marine engineering<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, memiliki cakupan yang serupa dengan tingkat sarjana namun dengan kompetensi yang meningkat,\u201d terangnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Menutup sesi, Faishal berpesan bahwa h hendaknya perlu untuk mengetahui preferensi pekerjaan yang diincar dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">framework<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> atas target ke depannya selama masa kuliah.
