Kali ini, tiga mahasiswa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/tis\/id\/beranda\/\">Departemen Teknik Infrastruktur Sipil (DTIS)<\/a> Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) yang dalam sebuah tim berhasil lahirkan inovasi bidang infrastruktur dan teknologi sumber daya air melalui sistem monitoring kualitas air berbasis <em>Internet of Things<\/em> (IoT).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tim CT-Reese Garvi yang terdiri dari Rahma Dwi Nur Andini, Shella Anika Andamari, dan Lina Rahmawati ini berinovasi menciptakan sistem monitoring kualitas air pada Sungai Brantas. Shella Anika Andamari selaku ketua tim mengungkapkan, inovasi tersebut berawal dari keresahan kondisi terkini Sungai Brantas yang dipenuhi sampah dari aktivitas masyarakat setempat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Shella menyampaikan, dari lokasi studi kasus yang dilakukan dari Jembatan Karang Pilang hingga Pintu Air Jagir ditemukan bahwa limbah industri dan limbah masyarakat setempat seringkali dibuang secara langsung di sungai. Hal ini berdampak terhadap penurunan kualitas air Sungai Brantas, sehingga tidak layak digunakan untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari. \u201cOleh sebab itu, kami menggagas inovasi dengan memanfaatkan sensor untuk monitoring kualitas air sungai,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_76689\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-76689\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-76689\" src=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/11\/b2-2.jpg\" alt=\"Tim CT Reese Garvi ITS ketika mempresentasikan inovasi Sistem Kualitas Air berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dalam bentuk maket 3D pada rangkaian\u00a0acara\u00a0KBAI\u00a02022\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-76689\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Tim CT Reese Garvi ITS ketika mempresentasikan inovasi Sistem Kualitas Air berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dalam bentuk maket 3D pada rangkaian\u00a0acara\u00a0KBAI\u00a02022<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mahasiswa Departemen Teknik Infrastruktur Sipil ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat dua skema kerja dalam sistem monitoring tersebut. Skema pertama adalah peletakan sensor pada badan sungai di sekitar Jembatan Karang Pilang dan Pintu Air Jagir. Sensor tersebut akan melakukan pembacaan terhadap kualitas air sungai sesuai dengan parameter yang telah ditentukan antara lain pH, kekeruhan air, kadar garam, dan suhu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Skema yang kedua adalah sistem peringatan dini yang merupakan lanjutan dari skema awal. Saat kualitas air melebihi kadar baku mutu, maka peringatan dini akan dilaporkan kepada stakeholder terkait seperti Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) dan <a href=\"https:\/\/jasatirta1.co.id\/\">Perusahaan Jasa Tirta 1.<\/a> \u201cNantinya mereka yang akan memantau dan melakukan controlling kualitas air sepanjang Jembatan Karang Pilang menuju Pintu Air Jagir,\u201d paparnya.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_76690\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-76690\" style=\"width: 616px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-76690\" src=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/11\/b3-2.jpg\" alt=\"Tampilan desain tiga dimensi (3D) sensor pengukur parameter untuk mengetahui kualitas air Sungai Brantas yang digagas oleh Tim CT-Reese\u00a0Garvi\u00a0ITS\" width=\"616\" height=\"346\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-76690\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Tampilan desain tiga dimensi (3D) sensor pengukur parameter untuk mengetahui kualitas air Sungai Brantas yang digagas oleh Tim CT-Reese\u00a0Garvi\u00a0ITS<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dalam pemantauan hasil monitoring kualitas air, Shella dan tim menggagas dua alur informasi yaitu untuk perusahaan pengelola sungai dan masyarakat umum. Data lengkap serta riwayat hasil monitoring hanya dapat diakses melalui aplikasi oleh pihak pengelola sungai seperti Jasa Tirta. Sementara itu, masyarakat juga dapat melihat hasil pemantauan kualitas air secara <em>real time<\/em> melalui layar yang disediakan dari lokasi sensor diletakkan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Di bawah bimbingan dosen Departemen Teknik Infrastruktur Sipil ITS Ir Ismail Sa\u2019ud MMT, tim ini akhirnya berhasil meraih juara III dalam Kompetisi Bangunan Air Indonesia (KBAI) 2022, Minggu (27\/11) lalu, di <a href=\"https:\/\/ub.ac.id\/id\/\">Universitas Brawijaya<\/a>.
