Untuk itu, PLT ITS menggelar diskusi mengenai Responsivitas Pusat Layanan Terpadu ITS dalam Pelayanan Publik pada kegiatan Forum Konsultasi Publik di Gedung Rektorat ITS, Rabu (26\/10).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Berkomitmen untuk memberikan layanan terbaik yang akuntabel, transparan, dan pasti, PLT ITS kini menyusun standar pelayanan yang lebih ringkas dengan sistem satu pintu. Pemohon hanya perlu mengajukan permohonan layanan melalui PLT ITS tanpa perlu berhubungan dengan pihak lainnya. \u201cAjuan layanan nantinya akan didistribusikan PLT ke sektor yang berwenang,\u201d terang Kepala Biro Umum dan Reformasi Birokrasi (BURB) ITS Drs Ec Murtriyono MSi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Namun, layanan satu pintu ini perlu dilakukan peningkatan dalam penyusunan standar yang lebih baik terutama dalam standar permintaan informasi publik.
