Berusaha mengentaskannya, sekelompok mahasiswa Departemen Teknik Lingkungan Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) menginisiasi kegiatan edukasi memilah sampah di area Kalisari, Mulyorejo, Sabtu (30\/7).<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mengusung tema <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Solid Waste Management Project Into Community<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, kelompok mahasiswa angkatan 2021 ini fokus memilah jenis sampah padat saja. Menurut ketua pelaksana, Renaldo Lazuardy, kondisi timbulan sampah di sekitar Kalisari terbilang masif. \u201cOleh karenanya, kami rasa kampung ini merupakan sasaran yang tepat dari program kami,\u201d ujarnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Redo, sapaan akrabnya, menuturkan bahwa kegiatan ini turut menggandeng Kelompok Pecinta dan Pemerhati Lingkungan (KPPL) ITS. Bersama, mereka membawakan materi seputar sampah padat, termasuk permasalahan, penanganan, dan cara memilah sampah. \u201cKami juga membagikan beberapa paket alat tulis atas antusiasme peserta,\u201d imbuh Redo.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_70964\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-70964\" style=\"width: 5184px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-70964\" src=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/07\/IMG_6815.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"5184\" height=\"3456\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-70964\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Salah satu dosen Departemen Teknik Lingkungan ITS, Deqi Rizkivia Radita ST MSc turut aktif menyimulasikan pemilahan sampah, Sabtu (30\/7)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tidak sebatas memaparkan materi, acara berlanjut dengan kegiatan simulasi memilah sampah pada tempat-tempat sampah komunal yang disediakan kelompok mahasiswa ini.
