Pertama <em>discipline mind<\/em>, pola pikir ini menurutnya tak akan mampu memecahkan permasalahan bangsa. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Pola pikir ini hanya melihat permasalahan dari satu aspek dan tak akan mampu menjawab permasalahan yang komplek,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d ujar Guru Besar ITS ini.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk itu perlu beberapa pola pikir lagi yakni <em>synthesizing mind<\/em> yang mampu mengkombinasikan beberapa kompetensi untuk menjawab permasalahan serta berpikir <em>out of box<\/em> yang mengandalkan kreativitas. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Nah, bila semuanya telah menggunakan pola pikir yang kreatif maka akan muncul sebuah kultur perbedaan,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Jelas Nuh.<\/p>\n<p>Perbedaan-perbedaan dalam hal pemikiran inilah yang menurutnya bisa memunculkan&nbsp; potensi benturan. Pola pikir terakhir inilah yang wajib dimiliki oleh semua elemen bangsa. Pola pikir tersebut yakni etika. Masyarakat yang memiliki etika akan cenderung memiliki kemampuan untuk menghargai dan menghormati. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Saya harap semua civitas ITS mampu memiliki semua pola pikir ini. Dan mampu mentransformasikan keadaan sosial dan kultur masyarakat,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d tegas Nuh.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya, Nuh mengungkapkan bila civitas ITS haruslah menjadi seorang <em>mastery society<\/em>. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153masyarakat inilah yang mampu memecahkan permasalahan dengan bijak, karena mereka tahu bila mereka tahu.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>Untuk membentuk karakter tersebut maka ITS haruslah mampu mengedukasi dengan baik. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Membentuk <em>mastery society<\/em> tidaklah mudah, perlu edukasi tak hanya formal namun juga emosional,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d jelasnya. Ia juga berpesan agar dalam perjuangannya sivitas ITS haruslah tahan banting dan tak kenal menyerah dalam berikhtiar. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Jangan putus asa, sebab ini adalah senjata setan yang paling ampuh.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>Di akhir orasinya Nuh sekal lagi berpesan bahwa, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Berpikir positiflah karena kenikmatan itu terletak dari kesengsaraan,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d pungkas Nuh mengakhiri orasinya yang singkat namun padat berisi tersebut.(yud\/ap)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono urung menghadiri Dies natalis ITS ke-48 kali ini.
