This time, through the Cooperation Agreement (PKS), ITS inaugurated an independent student project with the Tanggulangin Bag and Luggage Industry Cooperative (Intako), last Thursday (30\/6).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This project is a form of ITS support for the success of the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) program from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kemdikbud.go.id\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek)<\/a> RI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Intako Project Person Gogor Arif Handiwibowo ST MMT said that the first collaboration with Intako was successfully realized by the Head of the ITS Interior Design Department (Kadep) Dr Mahendra Wardhana ST MT. Then, Mahendra had the initiative to increase this collaboration by involving the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/id\/kuliah-di-its\/fakultas-dan-departemen\/fakultas-desain-kreatif-dan-bisnis-digital\/\">Faculty of Creative Design and Digital Business (FDKBD)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Gogor explained, that the purpose of the collaboration was to deepen the experience and as a student tool for students to learn about opportunities in creative industry businesses. In addition, this program is also aimed at increasing economic development in the Tanggulangin leather craft industry area, Sidoarjo.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_69897\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-69897\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-69897 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-07-02-at-16.50.02.jpeg\" alt=\"Student Independent Project MBKM Program Poster with Intako\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1280\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-69897\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Student Independent Project MBKM Program Poster with Intako<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">As explained by the Business Management Department lecturer, the requirements that must be met by students include successful completion of four semesters, having an interest in the creative industry, and other requirements. He also said that the benefits obtained by students include the conversion of 20-semester credit units (SKS), obtaining a certificate of companion for small micro and medium enterprises (UMKM), and so on. &#8220;More information can be accessed on the poster that we uploaded on the BEM FDKBD Instagram,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Gogor said that this collaboration could certainly expand to other departments over time. Not only that, the opportunity for this program is also open for lecturers who are interested in research and community service (abmas). &#8220;Over time, of course, this collaboration can be felt by other departments with the help of other faculties,&#8221; he explained.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">As a form of support for the MBKM program, Gogor hopes that the program can encourage students to see the real problems experienced by creative industry companies.
