ITS Campus ITS News<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Online learning innovation products by the academic community of\u00a0Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)<\/a>\u00a0continue to be developed, even when learning has entered the normal phase.\u00a0Supporting this, ITS launched\u00a0Intelligent Online Learning and virtual practical work which were inaugurated directly by the ITS Rector Prof. Dr. Ir Mochamad Ashari MEng at the ITS Rectorate Building, Friday (20\/5).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Director of Research and Community Service (DRPM) ITS Fadlilatul Taufany ST PhD conveyed the innovation study launched<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Products related to ITS online innovation learning do not only end in proof of concept but will continue to be used even when in-person learning returns to normal. The ITS Rector, usually called Ashari, expressed his appreciation to all ITS innovators who have given birth to virtual learning products. “The birth of this innovation is our joint step to prepare a future education system that is not limited by space,” he said.<\/p>\n

On the same occasion, the Director of Research and Community Service (DRPM) ITS Fadlilatul Taufany ST PhD said the ITS community produces five intelligent online learning products.\u00a0Among them are lecture innovations in virtual classrooms, auditoriums in cyberspace, competent test supervisors, the development of digital base attitudes, and intelligent competency test devices. “Learning conducted online can still take place interactively,” explained the lecturer, familiarly called Taufany.<\/p>\n

Besides online learning, ITS has also developed a virtual practical work facility with an integrated system tested on students. There are 16 virtual practical works from various departments at ITS launched at this inauguration. “The system has been designed so that students and lecturers can directly control the experimental equipment even from a distance,” he explained.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) innovation in MyITS Learning opens the vastest opportunities for students to learn new knowledge and get intense training such as courses. “There is more than 300 content available in the MOOC ITS cloud content\u00a0for students,” he said.<\/p>\n

Finally, Taufany hopes that this can provide a new learning experience for both lecturers and students.\u00a0He also hopes that this moment can be used as a step that can contribute to this national awakening. “Let’s together become a milestone in the rise of the quality of education in Indonesia by using digital technology,” he concluded.\u00a0(ITS Public Relations)<\/strong><\/p>\n
