Inilah ide inovasi produk makanan yang ditawarkan tim mahasiswa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)<\/a>. Memiliki efek anti depresi, abon kulit pisang ini dikenalkan dalam berbagai rasa yang enak.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Fadhila Rosyidatul \u2018Arifah, ketua tim menerangkan bahwa timnya memilih kulit pisang sebagai bahan baku abon dikarenakan melihat banyaknya penumpukan sampah kulit pisang sisa industri makanan berbahan baku pisang. \u201cKami melakukan seleksi terhadap kulit pisang yang akan digunakan sehingga memiliki nutrisi yang baik, masih segar, dan layak diolah,\u201d jelas Fadhila.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mahasiswa Departemen Teknik Material dan Metalurgi ini juga mengungkapkan alasan lain memilih kulit pisang sebagai bahan baku. Menurutnya, kulit pisang diketahui mengandung banyak nutrisi, salah satunya adalah serotonin. \u201cKandungan yang disimpan dalam bentuk vitamin B6 ini sendiri mampu mengurangi efek depresi,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Untuk menggaet target pasar yang lebih luas, tim yang menamakan usahanya S&amp;S Abon ini menginovasikan abon kulit pisang dengan berbagai rasa. Abon ini dikemas dengan kemasan <em>ziplock<\/em> berhias gambar maskot S&amp;S Abon dengan warna yang menarik. Meski demikian, S&amp;S Abon tetap memiliki harga yang relatif terjangkau, yaitu Rp 10 ribu untuk kemasan 100 gram.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dalam rancangan pemasaran produk sendiri, tim ini berencana memanfaatkan media penjualan daring dan media sosial.
