Perubahan sebagai akibat transisi energi dari bahan bakar fosil ke energi baru terbarukan (EBT) menjadi fokus bahasan.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Pembicara dalam webinar bertajuk <em>Electric Vehicle Integrated with Renewable Energy <\/em>ini, Adriel Simorangkir BEng MSc, mengungkapkan ada empat perubahan mendasar pada sektor energi untuk jangka panjang. Pertama adalah bauran energi di Indonesia maupun dunia yang berubah dalam skala yang masif dan kecepatan yang sangat cepat. \u201cEnergi listrik dan bauran EBT sendiri diperkirakan akan meningkat hingga 25-80 persen di tahun 2050,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sektor migas akan memiliki peran penting dalam bauran energi dunia ini. Hal ini dikarenakan ada banyak aspek dari EBT yang harus diperbaiki sebelum dapat disalurkan dan dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat. Investasi energi bersih juga relatif meningkat untuk memenuhi perubahan kebutuhan pelanggan. \u201cPerubahan tergantung meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menggunakan EBT,\u201d tambah Penasihat Strategi dan Taktis PT Pertamina Power Indonesia ini.<\/p>\n<p>Perubahan selanjutnya yang akan dialami sektor energi adalah pasar modal yang sudah mulai linear dengan perkembangan EBT. Berbagai perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang EBT juga akan diberi penghargaan oleh para investor berupa <em>multiples<\/em> atau faktor pengali untuk berkembang lebih jauh. Saat ini sendiri, sektor migas memiliki faktor pengali sebesar 5-10 kali dan energi bersih sebanyak 8-13 kali. \u201cBahkan bisa lebih dari angka itu nantinya,\u201d ujar Adriel, sapaan akrabnya.<\/p>\n<p>Alumnus Imperial College London ini menambahkan bahwa para pemegang kepentingan termasuk investor juga menaruh ekspektasi tinggi terhadap perusahaan untuk mengambil inisiatif cepat dalam mendukung transisi energi. Berbagai inisiatif itu dimasukkan dalam target jangka pendek dan dapat digunakan oleh mereka untuk memastikan dan melacak perkembangan perusahaan.<\/p>\n<p>Perubahan terakhir yang akan dialami oleh industri migas adalah persaingan tenaga kerja. Dengan lapangan pekerjaan yang sedikit dan perubahan industri yang cepat, perusahaan akan berlomba-lomba memperebutkan kelompok talenta yang sama. Dengan target ini, PT Pertamina sangat mendukung pemerintah dengan mempertahankan keamanan energi sambil merangkul transisi energi yang masuk.
