Kampus ITS, ITS News <\/b>\u2013<\/b> Covid-19 saat ini sudah mulai menunjukkan penurunan kasus aktif sehingga menyebabkan masyarakat mulai lengah akan protokol kesehatan. Padahal dengan virus yang terus bermutasi, protokol kesehatan menjadi hal yang krusial dalam pengendalian angka kasus Covid-19. Empat mahasiswa Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember<\/a> (ITS) rancang sistem kamera pengawas untuk menghadapi era kenormalan baru yang dinamai Intelligent Camera System for Health Protocol Detection Covid-19 (INCLUDE C-19).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Empat mahasiswa tersebut adalah Singgih Ardiansyah, Raul Ilma Rajasa, Arum Puspa Arianto, dan Ilham Wahyu Eko. Merasa tergelitik dengan kondisi masyarakat yang mulai lengah dengan protokol kesehatan menjadi awal dari inovasi yang mereka namai INCLUDE C-19. \u201cBukan hanya kamera yang menangkap visualisasi, INCLUDE C-19 dihadirkan untuk berpikir secara lebih luas dalam menangani masalah yg sedang terjadi,\u201d ungkap Singgih.<\/span><\/p>\n

Konteks berpikir lebih luas dari sistem INCLUDE C-19 nampak pada kemampuan kameranya. Menurut Singgih, kamera INCLUDE C-19 dapat mendeteksi orang yang tidak memakai masker dan tidak menerapkan <\/span>physical distancing<\/span><\/i>. Dengan bantuan kecerdasan bantuan, informasi pelanggaran protokol kesehatan tersebut akan menghasilkan teguran yang disuarakan melalui <\/span>speaker<\/span><\/i> yang terhubung dengan kamera.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dengan teguran tersebut, pelanggar bisa menyadari kesalahannya dan menjalankan protokol kesehatan kembali. Sistem pendeteksi pelanggaran protokol ini sangat potensial diterapkan pada lokasi-lokasi yang rentan mengundang keramaian, salah satunya swalayan. Singgih dan tim juga telah menguji kinerja INCLUDE C-19 melalui uji coba pada salah satu swalayan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fitur menarik lain dari INCLUDE C-19 adalah kameranya yang terintegrasi dengan aplikasi bernama Include Apps. Di dalam aplikasi tersebut, pengguna dapat mengakses berbagai data hasil pendeteksian kamera mulai dari data jumlah pengunjung dan jumlah pelanggaran serta melihat dan mengunduh video deteksi kamera. \u201cData jumlah pengunjung dan pelanggaran juga dapat diunduh dalam format excel,\u201d tambah Mahasiswa Teknik Komputer ITS ini.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gagasan ini muncul ketika Singgih melihat maraknya pandemi di awal tahun. Seiring dengan dirinya yang sedang menggeluti <\/span>computer vision<\/span><\/i>, Ia pun berangan-angan untuk mengimplementasikan ilmu yang ia dapat agar dapat menjadi solusi di tengah pandemi. Bersama tiga rekannya, Singgih mampu merealisasikan ide ini dan mampu meraih juara pertama pada ajang Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa Indonesia (KMI) Award pada bidang teknologi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sebagai anak teknik, Singgih mengaku mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan pemasaran. Di tahap berikutnya, Ia ingin mendapat binaan lebih lanjut untuk pemasaran produk mereka. \u201cKami berharap <\/span>startup<\/span><\/i> kami ini bisa berkembang hingga skala industri, jadi tidak hanya pada lingkup mahasiswa saja,\u201d pungkas Singgih. <\/span>(*)<\/b><\/p>\n
