Pengembangan strategi tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Strength<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Weakness<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Opportunities<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Threats <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(SWOT).<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ketua tim KKN Abmas ITS, Silvianita ST MSc PhD mengatakan pembekalan kepada pelaku UMKM diawali dengan mengenalkan pasar digital dan melakukan analisis SWOT. Analisis tersebut dilaksanakan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, kesempatan, dan ancaman yang dimiliki pelaku UMKM setempat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hasil analisis menunjukan permasalahan yang dihadapi para pelaku UMKM yaitu kemasannya produk yang kurang menarik dan tidak disertai label. Selain itu, penjualan belum menghasilkan laba yang besar dan masih menggunakan metode tradisional dengan berkeliling kampung serta skala produk yang kecil.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dalam mengatasi hal itu, tim yang beranggotakan Suntoyo ST Meng, PhD, Dr Dendy Satrio SST, Wimala L. Dhanistha ST MT, dan Raditya Danu ST MT tersebut memberikan pelatihan pemasaran produk di <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">marketplace<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, Instagram, Go Food, dan lainnya. Adapun produk UMKM yang menjadi pilihan pada kegiatan ini antara lain makanan donat, keripik, popcorn, dan siomay.
