Berawal dari permasalahan tersebut, mahasiswa Departemen Desain Produk, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) dan timnya menggagas inovasi kincir air penghasil listrik dengan energi terbarukan.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Qonitina Luthfiya Amirah yang lebih akrab disapa Amirah merupakan ketua dari penggagas inovasi ini. Bersama Rizkyatush, mahasiswa Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Amirah menciptakan kincir air bernama Diamond Barrier Savonius Helix Sumbu Horizontal. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Diamond Barrier <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">pada kincir memiliki fungsi untuk mengarahkan air guna memaksimalkan perputaran aliran sungai. \u201cKeunggulan dari inovasi ini adalah kemudahan pemeliharaan alat sesuai dengan kondisi masyarakat setempat,\u201d tegas mahasiswa Fakultas Desain Kreatif dan Bisnis Digital (FDKBD) ini.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_61947\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-61947\" style=\"width: 1242px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-61947\" src=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/IMG_0624.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1242\" height=\"693\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/IMG_0624.jpg 1242w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/IMG_0624-300x167.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/IMG_0624-1024x571.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/IMG_0624-768x429.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/10\/IMG_0624-355x198.jpg 355w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1242px) 100vw, 1242px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-61947\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Kincir air sumbu horizontal proyek inovasi tim Qonitina Luthfiya Amirah saat uji implementasi di Sungai Gending, Desa Kalinegoro, Magelang.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Amirah melanjutkan, pemilihan inovasi kincir air bersumbu horizontal ini didasari dengan adanya perkembangan ide dari kincir air bersumbu vertikal buatannya dan Rizkyatush pada kompetisi Pertamina Foundation (PF) Muda 2020 silam. \u201cSaat PF Muda, kincir air ini bersumbu vertikal, tetapi saat uji coba, banyak sampah yang menyangkut di kincir akhirnya kami berinovasi membuat sumbu horizontal,\u201d tambahnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Menurut Amirah, kincir air buatan timnya mampu menghasilkan listrik sebesar 500 Watt dan memiliki <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">inverter<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> berkapasitas 6000 Watt. Daya pemasukan ini juga mampu beroperasi 24 jam penuh dan dapat memberi pasokan listrik untuk 3 rumah. Amirah dan tim pun bersemangat untuk mewujudkan dimulai dari mencari bengkel hingga terbuatnya <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">prototype<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> kincir tersebut. \u201cKami pun mencoba peruntungan di lomba PF 2021 dan kami bersyukur inovasi yang kami garap mendapatkan juara satu,\u201d sebutnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sebagai penutup, Amirah berharap agar inovasi ini kedepannya mampu memberi dampak besar kepada masyarakat pedalaman yang belum sepenuhnya memiliki akses listrik.
